Nice spot with tidy rooms right in the heart of town. the staff were friendly, and everything seemed brand new. Had a fantastic time, just like before! ✨.

The view from our tidy a double room was magnificent! The bathroom was clean with a shower and bath sheets. Location: the hotel was adjacent to the kolovare beach and Old Town. It was relatively near La Baia Street Food, serving fast food.

The bed was big and the room lovely & brand-new. The location was marvellous and unbeatable, near centre of Zadar, and the view was GREAT, too. Moreover, it was close to Old Town and eateries.

Staying here in the local area was a pleasant experience for a short trip. the room had a modern touch and was pretty cozy. I especially loved how cushy the bed was! 😊

Who needs peace and quiet when you can enjoy constant traffic noise and busy streets, right? Plus, the airport shuttle is a great way to start your stress-filled vacation.

Just loved waking up to the delightful smell of exhaust fumes and the lovely sound of honking horns. Surely, a blissful stay.

The value for money at 365 Rooms was excellent, with a great room that had all the necessary amenities. The location was perfect, close to the city center and within walking distance of the port and the Old Town. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, allowing us to check in early and even storing our luggage after check-out so we could explore the city.

Breakfast selection could be improved.

I had a brilliant stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right by the harbour and a short walk to the city center. The staff were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The room was clean and had everything I needed, including a big comfy bed and a great bathroom with unlimited hot water for showering. Plus, the free wifi and free parking, when available, were a bonus!

Location was great, close to the city center and easy to walk everywhere. the bed was comfortable, and the price was reasonable for the area during Christmas. the bathroom was clean and well-maintained.

The rooms were not properly sound-proofed, and we could hear all the noise from the street and other guests. Ventilation was also poor, and there was a lot of dust in the air.

This hotel is an absolute gem! The location is perfect, right in front of a busy street, close to everything and near the bus station. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay, with attention to detail and excellent service. The basic amenities provided in the room included everything I needed, from a low window to a comfortable bed with clean sheets. Breakfast was delicious and a great way to start the day.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. the location is fantastic, right next to a big street and near the sidewalk, making it convenient for exploring the city. Secondly, the staff were really friendly and attentive, making check-in a breeze. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, with everything included that you need. It's true that there were no windows to open, but it didn't bother me as the air-conditioning worked perfectly. I found this hotel to be great value for money, especially with the delicious breakfast included.

Great location close to the center, beach, and bus station. Clean and new facilities, and comfortable bed. Staff was friendly, accommodating and provided an annotated map of the area, detailed directions, and helped arrange my luggage transfer.

The main road caused quite a bit of noise and the bathroom and TV could use some updates.
